There may be times in your life when you feel like you are at a crossroads.
You may feel this way even now.
When life is confusing and you find it difficult to choose whether to stay or go in a new direction, asking yourself a few questions (listed below) can help.
- What happened in the life that took you to this crossroads?
- Any activity can help you stay grounded, balanced and optimistic
- When you are stressed, how do you usually feel/behave?
- What are the people you trust in your life for support, encouragement, and love?
- What are you doing for fun, relaxation, and fun?
- If you were in a relationship, how would it be? Does it meet your needs, values , and desires?
- What role do you play in your family/friends/life circle (e.g. caregiver, fun, victim, overconfident)?
- If you were not at this crossroads, how would your life be different?
- Will someone else in your life be affected by your current confusion and uncertainty?
- Why do you think you have had this experience at this point in your life?
By writing your answers to these questions, you can make the necessary change in understanding. Often, it brings a serious reflection and makes it easier to know what is needed to bring balance back into your life.
Give yourself time to get your answers. Be patient and trust the flow of life. How things are in the moment, naturally the future is seen as a wave effect.
